Derrick Leier has been the owner and operator of Napoleon Oil since 2009. He took over the business after working for Randy Schumacher since he was in high school. Derrick grew up on a farm north of Napoleon and graduated from Napoleon High School, where he met his sweetheart and wife of thirteen years, Andrea. Today, they raise their three beautiful boys - Brayson, Corbin, and Riston - in their hometown.

Derrick attended Bismarck State College for auto tech. He further worked at two prior jobs where he gained additional experience with semi trucks and auto care.

 

In the fall of 2019, Napoleon Oil also added the car wash and laundry service previously ran by Ron Kerzman.
